Manufactured from a natural mineral, Ground Gypsum Superfine White Powder contains naturally occurring mineral salt that’s often used as a sequestrant, as well as a buffer and firming agent. It improves food texture, uniformity and the visual appearance of food. (e.g. as a sequestrant, firming agent, thickener etc.)

Storage | Biocel’s Ground Gypsum Superfine White is a white powder produced from the processing of high purity gypsum mineral CaSO4·2H2O Calcium Sulphate Dihydrate. Biocel’s Ground Gypsum Superfine White will not deteriorate chemically under normal storage conditions. However, compaction lumps can occur if the mineral is stored for more than three months from the date of manufacture. (displayed on product packaging) |
