Biocel’s WA275 Extra is a food-grade foam control process aid developed for food processing, dairy, biotechnology, and ultrafiltration systems.
WA275 Extra disperses over the foam, dispelling the surfactant molecules and ultimately destabilising the foam.
By preventing or reducing foaming, Biocel’s WA 275 optimises production and reduces product loss.
