The presence of acrylic polymer crystal deformation coordination compounds ensures that calcium carbonate entering the system from hard rinse water will not scale the clean plant during the rinsing process (traces of sodium hydroxide persist and tend to precipitate carbonate blooms).
- May be dosed by conductivity probe monitoring and suitable metering pumps
- 0.25% - 0.3% w/v NaOH lines & tanks @ 80°C.
- 1.0% - 1.5.% w/v for bottle washing & heated process equipment..
