SUPERCIP

Supercip is a caustic soda based liquid detergent for use in cleaning-in-place (CIP). Biocel’s Supercip combines a blend of caustic, sequestrants, crystal deformations agents, descalers and deposit inhibitors.

SUPERCIP

Product Benefits

The presence of acrylic polymer crystal deformation coordination compounds ensures that calcium carbonate entering the system from hard rinse water will not scale the clean plant during the rinsing process (traces of sodium hydroxide persist and tend to precipitate carbonate blooms).

  •   May be dosed by conductivity probe monitoring and suitable metering pumps
  •   0.25% - 0.3% w/v NaOH lines & tanks @ 80°C.
  •   1.0% - 1.5.% w/v for bottle washing & heated process equipment..

Usage

Both temperature and usage rate varies depending on the level of soil present and plant operating conditions. Biocel Ltd technical staff will be pleased to deal with any of your technical queries.
Sterilisation occurs due to the pH and high-temperature combination but Supercip does not contain a sterilant per se.
Variations on the original Supercip have been developed to suit specific plant requirements. This range offers blends with added caustic, surfactants and antifoams. Please ask your sales agent for more details.
For complete usage information, consult the product technical specification.
