BIOXY

Biocel’s Bioxy is a Hydrogen Peroxide based booster for CIP cleaning of food and beverage processing equipment.

Oxidative destruction in combination with an alkaline cleaner ensures that Biocel’s Bioxy provides excellent removal of tenacious soil. In addition, Bioxy delivers excellent anti-redeposition power and has substantial foam inhibiting capacity.

BIOXY

Product Benefits

Biocel’s Bioxy allows for the generation of perhydroxy anions, HOO- in situ at pHs above 11.5 producing an oxidant capable of degrading stubborn lignocellulosic and polyphenolic soils (rendering them soluble).

Higher temperatures accelerate this bleaching process.
