Food Safe Surface Cleaner
Gostain INT is an alkaline/chlorine powder detergent used for the cleaning of heavily soiled walls, floors and food production surfaces. Gostain is a low alkalinity multi-surface detergent-steriliser formulated for the rapid removal of food residues which often build up to form a cake in corners, joinings, seal exteriors, cracks, crevices, between tiles and around knobs and handles.

| Application | Gostain is a white coarse powder that contains a blend of simple and complex phosphates of controlled alkalinity and good buffering properties to emulsify a wide range of food and meat plant soils. It is effective in warm water (40°C) in the removal of fat residues, sugar/starch residues and bloodstains in stainless steel processing plants, tile surfaces and conveyor belts, rubber, plastic or stainless steel slats. Gostain contains silicate which acts as a corrosion inhibitor on aluminium against alkali and on stainless steel against the chlorine present. It foams readily making it ideal for cleaning walls and vertical surfaces. Gostain may be sprayed in solution or spread as a powder on work surfaces and rinsed off with hot or cold water. |
