Clus-ster xx is a very effective cluster disinfectant. It reduces the spread of contagious mastitis bacteria on clusters between cows. It is a rapid disinfection with no rinsing required. Its non-foaming formula is suitable for use on Manual & Automatic backflush systems.

Dairy Hygiene

Use Instructions

Manual Custer Dipping: Fill a bucket with 0.15% v/v solution of Clus-ster XX (which is 1.5ml) per litre of water or 30ml per 20 litres of water. Dip the cluster several times in the solution. A fresh solution should be prepared after every 20 cows.
Hand sprayer: Same solution as above.
Automatic/Backflush Systems: set Auto back flush to 0.15% v/v or 15ml per 10lt.
Plant Sanitation: Use Clus-ster XX at a rate of 0.2% v/v or 90ml to 45lt this is enough for up to 16 units, flush the Clus-ster XX solution through the plant to drain or where the number of units is high circulate for 1-2 minutes to ensure all plant surfaces are wetted. Allow the plant to Drain. There is no need to rinse off
