CLEARLINE
Biocel’s Clearline is a Powerful Chlorine Free Beer Line Detergent.
We use a blend of alkaline hydroxides, sequestrants, surfactants and threshold agents which are specifically formulated to meet line-cleaning requirements for draft ale, stout, lager and cider lines, particularly where TCMs may be a concern.

| Usage | Both temperature and usage rate varies depending on the level of soil present and plant operating conditions. Biocel will be pleased to deal with any of your technical queries. 1.5 – 2.0 % w/v brewhouse & FVs. 0.8 – 1.0 % w/v lines & conditioning tanks. 1.0 – 1.5 % w/v keg & bottle-washing. Technical support – with over four decades of experience, Biocel is ideally placed to offer cleaning optimisation advice In addition, Biocel can supply a range of test strips, including pH, chlorine and peroxide test strips. These test strips help to ensure that the correct product concentration is used during cleaning; strips also verify that the beer lines have been fully rinsed prior to reuse. |
