AN/TCPATE
How to Neutralise Phenolic Beer Residues
An/TCPate is a highly effective and specialised beer line cleaner, specifically formulated to remove chlorophenolic taints and combat the formation of phenolic residues during line cleaning in draft ale, stout, lager, and cider lines. Over time, beer lines can absorb phenolic materials, which lead to undesirable off-flavours such as antiseptic-like tastes, affecting the quality and taste of your beverages. An/TCPate is designed to neutralise these phenolic components, restoring the purity of your draft systems.
AN/TCPATE
Product Benefits
Effective chlorophenolic taint removal and reliable draft line maintenance.
Chlorophenolic taints refers to a group of chemical compounds that contain both chlorine and phenolic groups. In the context of beer and other beverages, chlorophenolic taints are often associated with undesirable off-flavours that can be caused by certain chemical residues in the brewing or dispensing process.
- An/TCPate may be used with automatic or wash bottle systems and is non- corrosive to all common dispense systems.
- An/TCPate uses hyroalcoxy technology in combination with standard sulphite chemistry to combat chemical residues. Over time beer lines may absorb phenolic materials, this can give rise to objectionable antiseptic-like off-flavours. An/TCPate has been formulated to extract and neutralise these components.
- An/TCPate not only cleans your beer lines but also extends the life of your equipment, helping you serve the best-tasting draft beer' and ciders possible with every pour.
