AMPHOTAIN
Biocel’s Amphotain was developed as a detergent/sanitiser for food, dairy and beverage cleaning processes – delivers a high microbicidal efficacy; biodegradable.
Biocel’s Amphotain is hard water tolerant, non-tainting and suitable for cleaning and sanitising a wide range of surfaces, including floors, walls, utensils and most other food processing equipment.

Amphotain is effective against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, as well as yeast and fungi.
Biocel's Amphotain does not contain: aldehydes, active chlorine or alkali.
- Compatible with cationic, non-ionic and other amphoteric surfactants.
- Hard water tolerant and non-tainting.
- Deodorising.
- Dissolves fat and provides good soil carrying capacity.
- Also used as a disinfectant sanitiser in household and institutional applications.
