Laundry Solutions
Biocel developed this system of operation in response
to modern laundries demand for superior performance in
an increasingly competitive marketplace.
This
system addresses health and safety issues associated with
laundry chemical inputs, by eliminating operator handling
as all ingredients are supplied in bulk containers. Additionally
a unique water flush system insures that all product supply
lines are flushed clear after use - eliminating the risk
of injury due to pipe failure.
As
the chemicals are supplied in pumped bulk deliveries,
packaging waste is reduced to zero. This, in today's regulated
environment can be a significant cost saving.
This
state of the art pumping and dosing equipment used is
compatible with most modern machine makes and models.
This system has been installed in both standard machines
and tunnel washers throughout Ireland.
Our
dedicated team of Hazchem trained delivery personnel allows
us to offer a fast efficient order turn around guaranteeing
that our customers are never without vital ingredients
for their processes.
As
part of the system we offer a comprehensive service of
engineering and technical back-up, which includes regular
visits from our technical service engineers.
