Cleaning Chemicals
For over 40 years Biocel Ltd has been Ireland's leading
producers of beerline and dispense line cleaning chemicals.
We can offer Alkaline, Alkaline-Chlorine and Alkaline-Peroxide
detergents in both liquid and powder forms. Our technical
staff can offer technical advice on line cleaning problems
such as "Once-Off Blitz cleaning of problem dispensing
lines"
When
used as recommended, all or products are non tainting,
easily rinsed after use and do not effect head retention.
We
offer products suitable for cleaning Draft ale, stout,
lager and cider lines. Please contact our Technical

and usage conditions.

addition to product we offer the following support:

bottles in a 4 x 5 lt or 2 x 5 lt UN approved pack
allowing us to meet our customers supply requirement

Clearline
An
Alkaline Hydroxide based Cleaner. Ideal for regular cleaning
of Beer Lines where chlorine is not required.. Contains
Chelating Agents and surfactants for improved performance.
May be used iwith hard or soft water supplies. Supplied
in 5L Containers
Blitz
Liquid
Peroxide
based Beerline Cleaner. Used with Clearline for periodic
special cleans of problem lines. Supplied in 5L containers
Powdered
peroxide based Beerline Cleaner, ideal for boosting your
normal alkaline product. Destroys yeast and bacteria accumulated
on plastic beer dispensing lines. Supplied in 100g Containers
Detsan
P
Alkaline
chlorine powder formulation with high caustic, chlorine,
surfactant, sequestrant and threshold agents.
Has
the following advantages over liquid products:

size 200-grm sachet size upward depending on wash bottle
size and dosage rate.
Detsan
A
premium alkaline Chlorine Beerline cleaner and Sanitiser.
Contains Chlorine and specially selected performance boosters.
Contains Non Ionic and Anionic Surfactants for improved
removal of mineral and Protein deposits. Supplied in 5L
Containers
Extrasan
Alkaline
chlorine liquid formulation similar to Detsan with lower
chlorine levels. Pack sizes 4 x 5 lt or 2 x 5 lt cartons
Test
Strips
In
addition to the above we supply, pH, Chlorine and Peroxide
level test strips. These help insure that the correct
product concentration is used while cleaning, and also
verify that the beer lines have been fully rinsed prior
to reuse.
